Description:

RAJASTHAN is known as the most colorful desert in the world. It is a land of description:Festivals and celebrations, music and dance punctuate its barrenness, turning the land into a fertile basin of color and creativity. Celebrations in Rajasthan range from the religious centers to the popular, linked with commerce, as in the case of the camel and cattle fairs. In more recent years, the tourism department as well as private tours and travels companies in Jodhpur, Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Udaipur and Bikaner in Rajasthan (India) too have initiated a number of tourist fairs in an attempt to showcase the performing arts of a region. Here,i'm trying to give some brief about different types of safaris, organised in different parts of Rajasthan.

Great Outdoors
Safaris are essential part of Rajasthan Tourism. A Safari is a journey especially in the desert region these journeys are arduous because all supplies are to be carried use ensure the visitors all facilities, from entertainment to fine dinning and from setting deluxe camps to ensuring that your slightest needs are met.

In these different safaris like (Horse, Camel, Jeep etc.) in different regions for miles altogether there is nothing but sand, but from this aridness one can expect the unexpected as group of women appear and disappear in their colorful, apparently going now here. Just as suddenly, medical cities rise, magnificent for their architectural heritage, end are just as suddenly lost to sight. Mirages No, in the Thar, these are only to real.
CAMEL SAFARI :
There can be no better way of experiencing life in the desert than through a journey into its winter land on camel back. A camel is not the easiest animal on which to ride, but then the option, of walking the sand, is an even tougher one. One must try it though, to experience the way the foot sinks into the sand, and the way the sand seeps in to one's shoes. Only this will help you respect the manner in which the people of the desert walk so elegantly across it every day of their lives.

Camel safaris can range from just a day to several days and you can choose an option that best meets your needs and schedules. Best Camel Safari points are the desert region, and only the winter season (Oct-May) is recommended. HORSE SAFARI:
A more recent, an exciting, variation of the camel safari is the horse safari, Horse safaris are usually conducted in the vicinity of the hilly terrain and forested countryside. There is a great excitement when you travel on a back of the horse and pass close to monuments and historical temples.

These are ideal places to halt for a bit of rest and relaxation. or lunch, and a quick snooze. Riders are advised to equip themselves with riding gear-the famous Jodhpuri Breeches, Hat, and Boots. Depending on your capability to ride, the horses may trot or canter through the countryside. What matters most, however, is that each evening, you are assured of the comforts of former palaces and forts : no better, or more historic way of exploring Rajasthan . JEEP SAFARI :
The open jeep is the most conducive way of seeing Rajasthan, especially in the winter months when the chilly breeze and warm sun shine the white heady combination. Jeep safaris can be fun because the pace can be varied to suit one's needs, packing in days of fast traveling with leisurely camping. Safari outfits send a recce team ahead for picnic lunches, and for setting up camps in the open.

Alternates can be to stay in a choice of heritage hotels that dot the vast regions. VILLAGE SAFARI :
The excursion to the surrounding countryside provides you a fascinating insight into the traditional rural life, crafts and wildlife of Rajasthan. The tours and travels includes visits to the villages of potters, weavers, shoemakers, shepherd, Bishnois etc . Glimpses of Wildlife such as antelopes, blue bulls, chinkara, peacocks and demoiselle cranes are some of the unique attractions. Village safaris are organized in different parts of Rajasthan, but around Jodhpur countryside is a unique.
